some time and found a comfortable place to practice, make sure we are in the
right mindset to have a great practice session. We should have some goals that
we are looking to accomplish during the session and we should stay focused on
these.
· Make sure we start all of our practice sessions with a warm
up. Just like we start a work out at the gym with some gentle stretching and
light cardio, we should do the same with our practice session to prevent
injury.
· Lastly, try to maintain a positive attitude. We may feel
vulnerable, but the rewards far outweigh the struggles we might be having.

up the practicing! To become perfect!
