PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT

PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT:- Is it true???
Since we were children until now, we are used to listen to this idioms “Practice Makes Perfect”. But, do we ever think about the truth of this statement? Yes, of course if we always practice some things like in studying or in sports, we can become perfect. But we must understand that there is also some field or area which is definitely we can’t become perfect although we are practicing very hard and dedicate. For example, like the music or acting field, once natural talent is a major capital. Although he or she over-practice or practice very hardly without having any appropriate talent, surely that person will not successful.
However, it is different in studying, working or any common field, absolutely “Practice Makes Perfect” will become fruitful. So, here are some of tips on how to practice most effectively:-

·   Lets start with the location. Where should we practice? It is important to find a practice space in which we feel uninhibited. If our practice space is one where we are self-conscious about people listening to/judging us, our practice won’t be as effective
·   How long should we practice? Well, the answer to this question varies a bit based on our level. However, this is just a guideline – we can certainly practice more or less than this. We should aim to practice five to six days a week for ideal results break.
·  Take our practice time seriously. Once we have set aside some time and found a comfortable place to practice, make sure we are in the right mindset to have a great practice session. We should have some goals that we are looking to accomplish during the session and we should stay focused on these.
·   Make sure we start all of our practice sessions with a warm up. Just like we start a work out at the gym with some gentle stretching and light cardio, we should do the same with our practice session to prevent injury.
·   Lastly, try to maintain a positive attitude. We may feel vulnerable, but the rewards far outweigh the struggles we might be having.

So, keep up the practicing! To become perfect!
