MUSLIMAH & HIJAB

As a Muslim woman that wears hijab are we happy with how we look? Does our hijab match our personality and lifestyle? Perhaps we would like to improve our look but don't know where to begin. Maybe we're not sure what changes us need to make in order to feel better about our image. So, here are several tips on how to wear hijab or according to the Islamic law:-

Our hijab: Our headscarf is a big part of our wardrobe yet contrary to what we have been taught it does not necessarily have to be the defining element of your style. Think of hijab as an accessory to your overall look rather than the vocal point of your dress and see what possibilities might emerge. It should compliment you and be functional for daily living. Feeling overpowered by hijab is a factor that has lead many women to remove their veil. Finding balance is key.
The art of wearing hijab: Do not-under any circumstances pin our hijab at our chin and merely leave the ends of the scarf hanging over our bosom. This style of hijab does not work for anyone and can ruin even the most elegant of ensembles. Instead tuck the ends into our clothing or wrap them around to the back of our scarf. If extra coverage is the issue simply fan the ends of the scarf around our chest and pin at the shoulder with a stylish broach.
Hijab colors, patterns, and textures: Some women look radiant in loud floral patterns while others of us end up looking outdated and dowdy. Another hard style to wear are hijabs with eyelet stitching at the hemline and corners. In some cases, these may only be appropriate for young ladies who are practicing hijab. I know hijabees who look elegant and fabulous in dark or all black hijabs that would appear depressing and heavy on others. Pass on unbreathable materials-even in the winter, and opt for hijabs with a touch of flair instead of overdone beading and sparkle.
Hijab fabrics: If we are still clinging to our polyester hijabs because we believe only those heavy, solid fabrics can give we full coverage then consider the following. Polyester, a completely man made fabric is widely sold in most Islamic clothing stores. For this reason, many women purchase them, not realizing what a draw back they may be. When it comes to our hijab we want to be on the lookout for materials that breathe such as rayon, linen, cotton, and even silk. While polyester hijabs may be more affordable-other fabrics such as rayon and linen shaylas are available at outlets such as TJ Maxx and Marshals. The scarf should be just heavy enough to give it some body and shape but not so heavy that it weighs you down.
The size of our hijab: The length and width of our scarf make a huge impact on how we look. A petite woman might swim in the same scarf that would flatter a statuesque woman. So where should our hijab hit we when wearing it? As a general rule the sides of our hijab should gracefully sit at the base of our shoulders while leaving some extra material to maneuver around our bosom. Petite women often have this dilemma. It's easy to end up with a scarf that covers our down to our waist. This is overpowering and should only be worn this way if we want our hijab to be the vocal point of our look. There's an exception to every rule and I have seen women who can successfully don a waist length hijab but not too many Muslimah’s are going to feel their level best in that style unless they can pull if off.
So, that’s all the tips. Let’s wear Hijab according to the syarak and at the same time look fashionable and stylish!

PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT

PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT:- Is it true???
Since we were children until now, we are used to listen to this idioms “Practice Makes Perfect”. But, do we ever think about the truth of this statement? Yes, of course if we always practice some things like in studying or in sports, we can become perfect. But we must understand that there is also some field or area which is definitely we can’t become perfect although we are practicing very hard and dedicate. For example, like the music or acting field, once natural talent is a major capital. Although he or she over-practice or practice very hardly without having any appropriate talent, surely that person will not successful.
However, it is different in studying, working or any common field, absolutely “Practice Makes Perfect” will become fruitful. So, here are some of tips on how to practice most effectively:-

·   Lets start with the location. Where should we practice? It is important to find a practice space in which we feel uninhibited. If our practice space is one where we are self-conscious about people listening to/judging us, our practice won’t be as effective
·   How long should we practice? Well, the answer to this question varies a bit based on our level. However, this is just a guideline – we can certainly practice more or less than this. We should aim to practice five to six days a week for ideal results break.
·  Take our practice time seriously. Once we have set aside some time and found a comfortable place to practice, make sure we are in the right mindset to have a great practice session. We should have some goals that we are looking to accomplish during the session and we should stay focused on these.
·   Make sure we start all of our practice sessions with a warm up. Just like we start a work out at the gym with some gentle stretching and light cardio, we should do the same with our practice session to prevent injury.
·   Lastly, try to maintain a positive attitude. We may feel vulnerable, but the rewards far outweigh the struggles we might be having.

So, keep up the practicing! To become perfect!

With love and Hate by Arrow A
Love and Hate
Somehow they are so opposite
And yet sometimes seem like
They are placed right next to one another
On the feeling spectrum
Love is the way I feel
When in your arms but
With this love comes an equally if not stronger
Sense of hate
When laying here all alone
Why must hate be here
Why can't it just leave
And why can't I just simply see you
These questions can never be answered
Not even great scholars
Could fathom them
But these questions
That seem more like problems
Will all be solved
One day
One in captivating day.

My Own Life by John Aiello
Much has been said,
about the content of one's head.
What's your karma?
how to inform another,
seems to be the trick.
Discourse is of course,
what's been said with profundity.
Generosity at high velocity,
in a stream of negativity.
As you listen to reams,
of another man's dreams,
you consciously give and take.
Of the half baked bread,
from a hollow head,
and a trail of inner screams.
Now you've got your life,
and I've got mine.
If I can handle that much,
I know I'll be fine.
If I need a direction,
I'll show you a sign.
Send you a message,
drop you a line.
If you think I'm morose,
about getting too close,
my heart is beginning to bleed.
Don't believe what you read,
I can't supply the need.
I've got my own life to lead.

-IT'S ALL ABOUT LOVING OUR PARENTS"

It is always when we think about love, we will only remember our spouses, partner, couples, or lover. So how about our parents?
Love to our parents actually is more valuable and holy rather than love other human being such lover or friends. It’s not mean that love friends or others are wrong, but as a children we must put our parents in first order. This is because without them, of course we will never been born in this world. So, for me our parents is our teacher, friend, lover and everything.

Even if we think that our parents are mean-spirited at times, loving our parents is a normal and fulfilling part of life. We can still love them and not like them; there is no need to set our dreams by their own but we can still find love in our heart for the fact that they created us , raised us, and are in part a source of who we  are. Here are ten simple ways to love our parents:-

Ø Tell them we love them every morning & smile at them more often.
Ø Remember that they brought us into this world.
Ø Respect them more and cherish these moments, we can use these.
Ø Moments to learn from them for when we're off on our own.
Ø It's okay to get angry but angry actions don't help us or our parents.
Ø Comply with their requests.
Ø It may seem like we're going through hell when we don't get what we want or we have to clean, but remember that they keep a roof over our head when it's cold, raining, snowing, or too hot.
Ø Understand that parents are human beings and make mistakes
Ø Do things with our parents like watch TV, or go somewhere with them.
Ø Listen to their old stories and learn from them.
